Well it has been over 2 weeks since my last blog post and my reason for this is simple, I have nothing to say. My Camera is broken so I don't have any new pictures to post. So before I start getting comments on how I really need to update I will write a quick pregnancy update for anyone who is interested.
I am almost 30 weeks and I am starting to get a little more nervous. Nervous about getting the nursery done, nervous about the delivery, and most of all nervous about becoming a mom and forever being responsible for another human being.
So far I have had an awesome pregnancy. I have not thrown up once this entire pregnancy (although there was a period where I would get nauseous if I did not eat regularly). I have had very little to no swelling in my feet and ankles which I hear is a very common thing to have during a summer pregnancy. I have not had a single complication I often even forget that I am pregnant until the little babe kicks me in the bladder. In fact my doctor appointments are really short because of how healthy both the baby and I are. I know that I am really lucky.
Now that you all know that I am aware how easy I have had it I want to complain mostly because this is my blog and I can. So I don't want anyone to leave me comments about how much worse I could have it, I don't care I am still going to complain. So anyone who knows me knows how much I value my sleep and the past month or so I have been having an increasingly harder time falling asleep and it is really starting to kick my butt I feel tired all the time which makes it hard to get things done after working for 9 hours. The next thing that has been a pain literally is my back and I have heard my share of pregnant ladies whine about back aches but seriously my back is killing me. The other thing is most recently I have noticed that I am beginning to get pregnancy brain, especially at work I will completely lose my train of thought or forget what I am doing it is getting very frustrating. The last thing I am going to complain about is how not happy I am about the weight gain, now don't get me wrong I am completely fine with the weight in my belly, my hips and even my butt what I am not ok with is the weight in my face. I am having a real problem with the second chin that I have recently acquired. I really hope that the face fat is the first thing to go after this pregnancy. Honestly does anyone have any really great face exercises or tips on how to hide or camouflage the extra addition to my neck?

Sorry but I have no face exercises for you. I really wish I did because I would do them everyday. I still feel like I have a fat face.
You don't complain very often, so this was nice to finally have you complain about your pregnancy. You really do have it easy, but there is one thing I really hope you don't get and that is fat feet and ankles. I would never wish that on anyone. You and Nicole are so lucky that you didn't have that problem.
My fat face was the first to go. That is once I stopped crying all the time.
Here is a great face exercise: lift one corner of your mouth as close to your ear as you can. Then repeat with the other side. After a little practice, try doing both sides at the same time. If it doesn't help your fat face, at least people will think you are happy. :)
Is that what I need to do to get rid of my fat face? Have a baby? Boy, am I out of luck!
I'm really glad to hear that your pregnancy has gone so well. And if you weren't occasionally complaining about SOMETHING, I'd really know that something was wrong. ;)
Hey girl! I just noticed today our pregnancies are 100 days apart! That's kinda cool, huh?
I get fat all over, it sucks- my arms, my face, my neck, my chest above my boobs- I just get this all over layer of fat... it is so unfair! Good thing it goes away!!
Hugs!!
Deb, I had easy pregnancies also. Just had a heck of a time getting pregnant. It's okay to complain a little. The lack of sleep and pregnancy brain, well, that's preparing you for motherhood.
I found the water weight would stay off if I didn't have salt, soda or cured foods.
Okay.. so they are a Brand New company so for now they are only sold online.. as far as I know! They are way neat.. check out their website @ rowdyproducts.com and you can watch their video explaining some cool features..
They are cheaper on diaperbags.com .. actually on sale right now with free shipping!! yeah! but they are about $80 to $110..
Hope you get one! And thanks for the opinion!
Deb,
I don't have a good answer to your blog post-I just wanted to say hi! It's fun to see what you are up to. Congrats on the baby coming soon! That is so exciting!

I think you look great,Deb! As a matter of fact I think you need some cute maternity pictures. I surely need some practice taking belly pics.:} Game?
K I'm not sure how to use this bloggy thingy. Sorry I couldn't come to your shower but I do have a gift for your precious baby. I was trying to have Cher take it to you but our schedules didn't work out. My belly is HUGE. Seriously. so when you see me, you'll see my belly, then me. just FYI
Hey Deb I had so much fun at your Shower!
Haha.. face exercises! If you find them let me know. I gained weight all over the place and I have to admit the face was the worst! I hated it too.
I am sure you look fabulous though! Don't worry so much... your having a baby!
